  • To receive a stipend, timeliness/punctuality is necessary. 
  • No drugs or alcohol allowed.
  • All pets must be on a leash.
  • Altercations are not tolerated. Respect your neighbor.
  • Park cleaning finishes when the horn blows.
  • Have fun. Breathe the air. Make a new friend.
